iLLCHEMIST INK

Are you tired of filling in your brows daily? Do you lack the ability to shape and create the brow you want? Do you suffer from Alopecia or have lost your brows due to other medical conditions?

Then this technique is perfect for you!

What does the browchemist do?

The BROWCHEMIST performs a semi permanent brow technique that creates a gradient, filled-in, yet SOFT look with a tattoo gun. Unlike Microblading, this technique is way less invasive, and is known to retain pigment much longer, especially for our oily/combination people! Each client will have their brows mapped out for symmetry, catering to each individual face, and a numbing agent applied for optimal comfort.

Pre-PROCEDURE must knows…

  • Please do not take any blood thinners for the 24 hours leading up to your procedure. NO alcohol, Vitamin E, ibuprofen, fish oil supplements, aspirin, niacin. Tylenol is okay.

  • Please do not drink caffeinated drinks before appointment.

  • Discontinue Retin-A products at least one month prior to your procedure.

  • Do not get any medical spa procedures done such as Botox or fillers one month prior to your appointment.

  • Waxing appointments should be done no less than 2 days before your procedure, tinting, no less than 2 weeks before and after procedure. Cleaning and shaping brows is done the day of appointment.

  • Procedure will not be done over blemishes, sores or moles around the area that will be tattooed.

  • Wash and fix your hair prior to appointment as you will need to take extra care not to get the area wet for several days. (AND ALSO FOR BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS!)

POST-PROCEDURE

To achieve the best results, you may or may not have to return for a touch-up 6 to 8 weeks after the initial application, depending on how well you heal, and retain the pigment. Touch ups are sometimes necessary to achieve a more rich color, as well as symmetry as some parts of your skin may take the pigment better than others.

Be prepared for the color intensity to be significantly sharper and darker immediately after the procedure. This will soften as the skin heals. Around 3 weeks healed you will have your true color, at that point we can assess if you will need a touch up. Though I do recommend getting a touch up for longevity, that is completely up to you!

Following aftercare instructions can help you achieve the best results but cannot guarantee results, The healing process vary per individual; as will results.
